1. Practice, practice, practice. Keep a journal to document your experiences and accept the insight students give you in their evaluations. Do not get discouraged with negative feedback, take this time to reflect and to improve your connections with them. Usually when a teacher receives negative feedback it means that this caring connection was lost somehow.
